Production timeline
- No proof โ we typically design, print, and ship within 1โ2 business days.
- Pre-proof โ we design, print, and email your proof within 1โ2 business days. Reply to approve or request changes before we ship.
- Custom embossed dies or seals can add 2โ3 business days. You will be notified if extra time is required.
Shipping & delivery
All shipments are discreetly packaged with no mention of the product or website on the outside. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location โ options appear at checkout after you enter your address.
Free shipping is sent via UPS Ground: expect 1โ2 days in design/print and 3โ5 days in transit. A signature is required by UPS on most orders.
